Refund policy
WE HAVE A NO-RETURN POLICY.
Socks are considered to be underwear and while we are using recycled materials for our packing and attempting to minimize the use of plastic, for us, there is no way to ensure the product has been unused by the buyer.

YOUR RETURN/REFUND WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF YOU'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. WE ALLOW YOU 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES, TO LET US KNOW IF THE ABOVE HAS HAPPENED, AND WE WILL CORRECT YOUR ORDER IF SO.
(We are currently selling ONE SIZE that fits most. If the reason for your return is about sizing, we will NOT accept your return. You can contact us at info@bahuzo.co.in BEFORE completing your order if you are unsure that the socks might not fit you regarding the size.)
NO OTHER REASONS WILL BE VALID FOR ANY REFUND AS WE HAVE A NO-RETURN POLICY!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary procedures to correct your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and undergarments (including socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Orders returned without first contacting us via info@bahuzo.co.in will not be accepted.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
